I certainly lucked out today..
I am now back on the coast (Pacific to be specific) at a little place called puerto lopez (no haven´t yet bumped into Jenny (from the block)), sleepy sort of place laid back fishing village. Took a boat to this island about 30 miles off the coast and I certainly found what I had been praying for for much of my life.. the whole island was covered in hot blooded, tropical, and screaming Blue Footed Booby´s. There were also albatrosses, frigate birds and loads of other birds I cant list here as I have forgotten their names, Also sealions (didn´t look much like Simba) and went snorkelling and saw a load of fab and massive colourfull fish, rays and a load of turtles (with heads poking out of their shells) very friendly and came right up to me then I swam towards them and their turtleheads went back in - never seen that before !!
Staying im a really nice place laid back, hammoks, tie die – yes you know the sort of place.. I have a chícken coup under my room so at 1 hr b4 dawn I get Pedro, the randy cock, doing his cock a doodle dooing, its enough to make me want to choke the chicken..
Staying here a few days – as it took me 11 hrs to get here from Quito, then will head down to where the surf dudes hang out down the coast.
